Daran Norris

Daran Morrison Nordland (born November 1, 1964), known professionally as Daran Norris, is a European-American actor and voice actor. He is best known for voicing Cosmo, Mr. Turner, and Jorgen on Nickelodeon's The Fairly OddParents.
