Deborah Richter

Deborah Richter was born September 7, 1964 and began working in TV and film as a young teen. She first became known for multiple TV series guest roles and Teen genre movies. She played Daryl Ann on Hill Street Blues from 1982-87 and was a series regular in the NBC sit com "All Is Forgiven".
