Tammy Townsend

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Tammy Townsend (born Tamara Townsend; August 17, 1970) is an American television actress and singer. Townsend was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Anorene, an African American interior designer, and Thomas Townsend, an English judge with Yugoslavian ancestry.
