Ex Ex Ex(2021)

Synopsis

Ben and Alice are going through a divorce and it causes them to look back at their relationship. At the end of the marriage, Ben leaves for Europe as Alice pursues a blossoming romance with an old friend. The two exchange insights through a series of narrations, coming to terms with the end of their marriage in a loving way. Alice starts a new life in a new apartment while Ben settles in the Hudson Valley, focused on his studio. As the film unwinds, you see that it becomes a bit meta, as the filmmaker reveals his hand in the whole thing.
