About

He recalls his role in 'Operation Condor," a U.S.-backed campaign of political repression and state terror begun in 1975 by the right-wing dictatorships of Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay, that saw many innocent people, "disappeared."
