Levan Akin

Levan Akin is a Swedish filmmaker of Georgian descent. He made his feature directorial debut with Certain People (2012, Tribeca FF). He has since directed And Then We Danced (2019), which premiered at Cannes Directors' Fortnight and was Sweden's official entry for the Academy Awards, and Crossing (2024), which opened the Berlinale Panorama section.
